Refund policy
We offer FREE exchanges for items that are unused, with the original packaging still intact or available. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the item received is not the right size or color, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one and you will be required to select another item of equal value. If you requested a higher value item, an invoice will be emailed to you to cover the difference in price. Please be advised that an exchange can only be made one time for every item purchased. Please email info@janeliasoul.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process. Then someone from our team will follow up with you and email a shipping label for you to print and use to ship the item back to us.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request for an exchange. We’ll follow up with another email with a new USPS tracking number once the new item requested has been shipped. Please be advised that our Refund Policy is that all purchases made with our store are final and we do not process refunds, only FREE exchanges. In the event that an order was completed by accident, please be advised that we cannot cancel accidental orders and also do not issue refunds for purchases made by accident. However, we will issue a store credit in form of a discount code which can be used throughout our store.
